Weight loss challenge support group


Hey Ladies!

I was wondering if anyone would like to have a support group for our weight loss/fitness goals this summer? I think it would be fun! It would be nice to relate to other women who know what I'm going through, share advice with each other and keep each other accountable. We can keep tabs on each others progress and provide motivation and support. If we are feeling really ballsy we could post pictures.. although I don't know if I am ready for that haha.

About me:
-I'm 23 years old
-5'7''
-157 lbs :S
-My goal weight is 135-140 and I would like to tone up a bit also, an intermediate goal is 149lbs by July 4th. Think that's reasonable? I was at 146 about a month ago and then I blimped out!!! Soooo disappointing :(
-I don't eat cows,pigs,or poultry, but I do eat eggs and have recently started adding some fish into my diet sporadically.

My plans for weight loss are to;
a) cut calories
b)run/jog eveyday
c) make a point of getting enough protein
d) limit gluten
e) eat breakfast everyday

I will update with my measurements next time!
