A fantastic opportunity based in beautiful Tamworth exists for an enthusiastic Social Worker/Psychologist to provide 12 months relief in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. ?

As part of a multidisciplinary team, provide specific child and adolescent mental health assessment, consultation, and clinical management of children and adolescents, (their families and carers) who are referred to the community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service .The aim is to ensure high quality, consumer centred care in accordance with the relevant legislation, National Mental Health standards, organisational policies and procedures and professional standards of practice. ?

Selection Criteria:
- Must hold a degree in Social Work or Psychology or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer, which provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association/full registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Knowledge and experience in mental health clinical practice in a range of clinical settings including child and adolescent health.
- Experience in assessment, including risk assessment and care planning.
- Experience in case management and brief intervention.
- Sound skills in use of computers and electronic medical records.
- Current Drivers Licence (NSW eligibility).??
