The first segment of this webinar will discuss personal and business ethics and will look at several definitions of ethics. We will discuss ethical perspectives, various approaches to ethics, and some key components of ethics application including the importance of communication. In the second segment, we will discuss the key components of an ethics program and what you should expect to find within an organization. Participants will be asked to take a short self awareness survey prior to the webinar. Participants will use the results of their survey to increase their understanding of their individual ethical perspective.
